The hotel rooms offer a modern design and superior comfort. The annex is the ideal solution for families or large groups (up to 5 people) looking for practicality and spaciousness.

Yes, we also manage Villa Montalto, a splendid vacation home located just 7 minutes from the hotel, ideal for those seeking complete independence and luxury.

 6. Is parking free?

Yes, we offer our guests both free private outdoor parking and an underground garage with direct access to the lobby (subject to availability).

 7. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Please note that all guests must complete the online check-in process, which we send via email before arrival (in compliance with GDPR). Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

 8. What happens if I arrive after 9:00 PM?

No problem! Once you've completed the online check-in, we'll send you instructions for Self Check-in, allowing you to access the property independently 24/7.

 9. How is breakfast served?

From 7:30 to 10:00, we offer a generous buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, homemade cakes, and a children's corner. Upon request, we also have gluten-free and intolerant products.

 10. Does the hotel have an on-site restaurant for dinner?

We don't have an on-site restaurant, but we do have a bar with a terrace and a 24-hour Honesty Bar. For dinner, we're just steps away from excellent partner restaurants and pizzerias.

 11. Do you have services for cyclists?

Yes, we offer free, secure bike storage. We're just 2 km from the start of the famous Mincio cycle path (Peschiera-Mantua).

 12. Can I buy park tickets at the hotel?

Of course! We sell discounted tickets for the main parks at reception, allowing you to skip the ticket lines.

 13. Why visit Peschiera del Garda (UNESCO World Heritage Site)?

Peschiera is a unique fortress city. We recommend a boat tour of the city walls or a walk along the historic ramparts, just minutes from the hotel.

 14. Are pets allowed?

We're a pet-friendly facility! We welcome your little friends (a small fee applies for final sanitization).

 15. Is the hotel accessible to people with disabilities?

Absolutely. We have accessible rooms that are barrier-free and have elevators to ensure accessibility to every area.

 16. How much is the tourist tax and who is exempt?

The tax is €2.00 per person, per night. Children under 12, disabled guests, and guests staying under hospital agreements (with documentation) are exempt.

 17. How to reach you from airports and stations?

Verona Airport is 20 km away. Peschiera train station is 2 km away. You can reach us by taxi or ATV bus (line 164), getting off at the "Cavalcaselle" stop, just a short walk from the hotel.

Is the free parking mentioned by guests always available? Absolutely yes. We have a free underground garage that can also accommodate large cars. Guests consider it a great added value, especially for safety and the convenience of direct access to the facility.
