LANDS OF CUSTOZA -

WHOLE DAY

LANDS OF CUSTOZA

WHOLE DAY

SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

Starting from the Hotel along a mixed asphalt/dirt road made up of low traffic and country roads, we want to give you the thrill of discovering the Morainic Hills of Custoza, a unique territory immersed in nature, crossing the historic centers of some characteristic villages in the area such as Custoza famous for the "Custoza Doc" wine but theater of the Risorgimento battles of 1848 and 1866 and Borghetto sul Mincio (considered among the most beautiful villages in Italy).

A journey to rediscover the history of these battles passing through historic villas and courts where the episodes characterized the outcome of the clashes between the Austrian armies and the Piedmontese armies first and the Italian ones afterwards, with the evocative backdrop of the Custoza Ossuary you can also immerse yourself in the reality of those moments so crucial for the history of the unification of Italy.

As an extra you can choose a wine tasting in a local cellar at a cost of 10 euros per person. Or instead of a packed lunch with 20 euros per person light lunch at a winery, checking availability. Payment of extras directly to the farm.

Possibility to book the bike tour with 48 hours notice in order to better organize the activities, as a packed lunch person I will need to know the eating habits of the customers.

A route suitable for everyone where it will be possible upon reservation to experience and discover the typical local products that this area gives us through a stop in one of the local farms.

Departure at 9.30am return at 4.30pm.
